You must follow these instructions to setup your computer before you connect to ICANotes.If you have setup your computer to connect to ICANotes and are still having a problem, you may be able to quickly resolve it on your own by clicking on the appropriate category below. will be asked for your account username (we will never ask for your
password, though.) Please be prepared to describe the problem
